You should be hearing from your child's coach in the coming weeks by email or a telephone call informing you of your child's team along with pratice information.  Game schedules will be posted to the website.

Season: Early April – Mid June
 
In-House Recreation Program will consist of a weeknight practice & a game each Sunday
 
Travel Program will consist of two weeknight practices & weekend games

 

In-Person Registration: Seymour Middle School, 12:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m., Saturday, January 28

OR

Mail Reg form to: Seymour Soccer Association, P.O. Box 397, Seymour, CT 06483

 

IN-HOUSE REC PROGRAM FEE (DIVISIONS 1 & 2): $85 per child if played in fall 2016, or $90 per child if did not play in fall 2016

TRAVEL PROGRAM FEE^: $130 per child if played in fall 2016, or $135 per child if did not play in fall 2016

^Travel fee does not include uniform kit (jersey, shorts, and socks) – parent must order separately.  SSA will email uniform company link to each new spring player for ordering.

 

Birth Certificates – All players new to SSA MUST supply a birth certificate copy to Registrar or player cannot participate as per CT Junior Soccer Association (CJSA) rules!

 

Teams will be formed for the following Age Groups#:

In-House Rec Program Co-ed/Div. 1 -- U5 (Players born in 2012) or U6 (Players born in 2011)
In-House Rec Program Co-ed/Div. 2 -- U7 (Players born in 2010) or U8 (Players born in 2009)


Travel Program -- U9/U10 (born in 2008/2007); U11/U12 (born in 2006/2005); U13/U14 (born in 2004/2003); U15/U16 (born in 2002/2001); or U17/U18/U19 (2000/1999/1998)


Players will be assigned to their age appropriate group when possible but may be asked to “play up” to achieve balanced rosters.   For additional In-House or Travel program info, please email

#Per CJSA rules, the soccer year runs from 8/01/16 to 7/31/17. Age groups remain the same for the entire year (fall, winter, and spring seasons).
