Looking for Board Members

It is once again that time of year and we are looking for new people to run for the open board positions! Any interested parties should submit a bio online.

PHMHA board of directors require an energetic hockey parent, committed to the continuous improvement of our hockey association. Board Member duties include attending monthly meetings, working during association events including: registration, tryouts, preskates, jamborees, and district tournaments. Each Board Member is expected to fill one of the following roles as well: president, vice president, treasurer, secretary, ice scheduler, fund raising coordinator, equipment manager, level director, ACE coordinator, or others. Some of these roles will be filled by non-board members, but the board members are expected to fill one of these roles at least. Together, a board full of energetic, dedicated parents will help drive this association to provide the best overall hockey experience possible for our kids.

Lock in 2012/13 prices with a $100 non refundable deposit if you register online by June 29^th and are paid in full by September 1^st. Click here to see if you qualify.

$25 off 2013/14 fall prices if you pre-register online before August 15th with $100 non refundable deposit. Click here to see if you qualify.

20% rebate for you if you refer a friend who was not rostered with a PHMHA team for the 2012/13 fall and they roster with PHMHA. Learn to Skate does not qualify for the 20% discount. You must enter the friends name in the “refer a friend” box at the time of registration. Maximum rebate will be the price of your registration. Click here to see if you qualify.

10% off each additional sibling, savings applied to lower registration fee.

Eligibility requires no past balance with PHMHA and discounts are given in form of refund once both parties are paid in full or at that time if both parties pay together in hockey office.

We are looking for coaches for our house teams for the 2013/14 season. You can be part of a rich tradition that has last more then half a century in Port Huron. There is nothing more rewarding than coaching a group of kids and watching them grow as the season progresses. Take some time to share your love and knowledge of the game with a group of kids. Coach Ted Wolters would like to invite kids born in 2005 to tryout for the 2013/14 Fall Team.
Coach Ted was one of the coaches that ran our free clinics and has a wealth of hockey knowledge.

2004 Port Huron Flags Squirt A
Coach Richard Marsack would like to invite kids born in 2004 to tryout for the 2013/14 Fall Team. For the 2012/13 Winter Season the 04 Flags had a great showing against the best Little Caesars Teams.
Lots of sponsors to keep cost to a minimum & this year they will be playing in the Silver Stick Finals in Sarnia.
Wednesday June 19th 7-8 pm at Suburban Ice Macomb
$10 for skaters and goalies are free.
