Mara Pro Baseball and Softball Clinics

MARA Members:

MARA has entered into a partnership with Noah Hall, baseball professional, to provide professional level training and skill development to MARA athletes.  This offering is geared towards families who are looking to provide training and instruction at a level that has historically not been available at MARA, and have had to seek this type of training at other organizations.

We will be launching this partnership with pre-season clinics for both softball and baseball players ages 9-14.  Each two hour clinic will be in a group setting, yet will offer individual assessment and development planning.  Cost is $50 per athlete per session.  Please see the flyer below for details and registration information.  The registration link will take you to the Noah Hall Baseball website, where you can complete your registration.  Please include the desired day(s) that you plan to attend with your registration in the Notes section of the form.

As always, we appreciate your feedback and will continue to provide new offerings to meet your athlete's needs.

Thank you for being part of the MARA family,

Dave Ulrich
MARA President - 2017

Mara 9U Cobras

The 9U MARA Cobras preparing for the opening ceremony at the Wilson Demarini USSSA Elite World Series in Orlando, FL!! Thirty of the best 9U travel teams in the country were in attendance. The Cobra's went 1-1-1 in pool play defeating the Louisiana Empire, losing to the Banditos out of Houston, TX, and tying the Chandler Stars out of Phoenix, AZ. In bracket play the Cobras opened up with the Islanders out of Corpus Christi, TX and lost 11-9 in a tough battle. They then played the Pembroke Lake Bull Dogs out of FL and defeated them 8-4. The Cobras were ultimately eliminated in the third bracket game by the Islanders. They finished with a USSSA Ranking of 13th in the country!! Way to go Cobras!! In addition to their great accomplishments on the field, the week was filled with friendships and family fun at many of the Disney parks and attractions. It was a week that we will never forget.
