Ballard Athletics held its first Annual Athletics Awards Night. Ballard Gymnast Clara Yardley won the Rookie of the Year Award for her amazing Freshman year performance.
Clara qualified for State on Floor, one of the most competitive events and the hardest to compete at the State level. In addition to earning her Varsity Letter as a Freshman, she led the Beavers throughout the Season, placing in the top 10 at every meet. She ended the Season with a broken wrist but it didn't stop her from showing her Beaver Pride at the State Meet where she performed on Floor, minus her tumbling passes sans an adorable pink caste.
